What do I do if I need to speak to someone regarding my order?

Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we're unable to amend it. However, you can request for your order to be cancelled so you can place a new one with any amendments required.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can! This will need to be requested within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Can I return my items for a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot accept items for a refund but please get in contact with us if you need to speak to us regarding any concerns you may have about your order.
How should I store my sweets?
We recommend that you store them in a cool, dry area.
How long will my sweets last?
For maximum freshness we would recommend that you consume your sweets within 1 week of receiving your order.
Can your boxes be recycled?
Yes. All of our boxes are recyclable. Our pouches however are not.
